The Massage Therapy Program at Lane Community College offers pre-licensure courses designed to prepare students for the exams required by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapy for licensure; and to provide students with skills and experiences that support them in becoming successful massage therapists and bodyworkers. We offer a balance of academic and hands-on classes that promise variety but demand commitment.
Our instructors have worked for years in healing arts practices, and bring the wisdom of experience to their classrooms. Our program offers flexibility to accomodate even the busiest of students; and classes are held at LCC’s Downtown Campus, which is conveniently located across the street from the Eugene Public Library and the main bus terminal, in the midst of numerous restaurants, markets, and coffee shops.
We also offer an array of continuing education courses for already-licensed LMTs, some of which are open to non-licensed massage students as well. Classes range from workshops in various bodywork modalities, to courses in breathwork and energy practices, to seminars focused on self-care for the therapist. LCC Massage Continuing Education offers an incredibly cost-effective and convenient way to advance your self and your career!
